How it works
Privacy is the product
You join with an invite code
The founding pool is invitation-only. With your code it is five minutes: scope, stage, verticals, target seat, comp band, timeline. Every listing is still reviewed by a person, and the pool is limited to sitting security leaders, Director level and above.
Recruiters bring real searches
Vetted executive recruiters and in-house talent teams submit live CISO and VP Security searches. We verify every recruiter before they see anything.
You approve every intro
Matches are shared with recruiters anonymized: title band, stage, vertical, no name, no employer. Your identity is revealed only after you say yes to that specific search.
Nothing leaks
No browsing by other CISOs, no member directory, no "people also viewed". Your CEO's favorite recruiter cannot stumble onto you: they see an anonymous profile until you accept.
The fine print, plainly: listing is by application and every profile is reviewed before a recruiter can see it, because the pool being uniformly senior is the entire product. Profiles live in access-controlled storage, are never rendered on any page of this site, and are shared with a recruiter only in anonymized form until you approve that specific introduction.
