Almost no CISO or Head of Security role is posted publicly. The seats move through confidential executive searches, so the real market is invisible unless you happen to be in a loop. This is the fix: security leaders anonymously report the searches they are seeing, and everyone gets a live, aggregated read on what is actually out there.
Built to be safe to contribute to. We never ask for the hiring company's name, only its profile (stage, vertical, region). We never collect anything identifying about you. The search firm and any note you add stay private to the operator and are never shown publicly. Everything is reviewed before it appears, and the public board only shows aggregate counts, never a single search. Only report what you can share without breaching a confidentiality agreement.
